Chairman of the Board, Tore Valderhaug, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 19,206,318 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 21.53 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company. The proxies are valid for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 17 August 2018.
