THOMAS FALCK CONTINUES AS CEO

-We are pleased that Thomas Falck has accepted a permanent employment as CEO in Q-Free. Q-Free has undergone important strategic changes during 2014, and the Board is of the opinion that Falck will further develop Q-Free going forward, says Chairman of the Board, Terje Christoffersen.

-After a first hectic year in Q-Free, I am very positive to take on the role as CEO on a permanent basis. Q-Free has competent and dedicated employees, and we operate in a very exciting market. Together with good colleagues, customers and partners, I look forward to contribute to further develop the Intelligent Transport market, and to build a more stable and profitable company, comments CEO in Q-Free, Thomas Falck.

Falck owns through Sølen AS 63,483 shares in Q-Free. The employment agreement has regulations regarding assignment of 525,000 syntetic options in Q-Free.
