Q-Free: Share option grants to executive management

Q-Free ASA has granted a total of 1,350,000 share options to members of the executive management, in a five-year share option program.

EVP Tolling, Fredrik Nordh, has been granted:

-200,000 share options with a strike of NOK 5.62
-150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 7.87
-150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 9.55

EVP Traffic Management, Daniel Skiffington, has been granted:

-200,000 share options with a strike of NOK 5.62
-150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 7.87
-150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 9.55

EVP Sustainability, People and Brand, Hege Sand, has been granted:

-150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 5.62
-100,000 share options with a strike of NOK 7.87
-100,000 share options with a strike of NOK 9.55

The share options will be vested during the next three years and can be exercised from 26 April 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively. The share option program ends 26 April 2029.

CFO, Trond Christensen, is on an engagement contract via Christensen’s consultancy company and is included in other arrangements.
