(Oslo 18 March 2022) Trond Valvik, Chair of the Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA, has today bought 30,000 shares in Q-Free ASA, at an average price of NOK 7.15 per share. The shares were acquired through Battelhavet AS, a company controlled by Valvik. Following the transaction, Valvik controls 280,000 shares in Q-Free ASA.
