Chair of the Board, Trond Valvik, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 58,236,781 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 52.35 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company. The proxies are valid for the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 24 May 2022.
