Chair of the Board, Trond Valvik, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 51,042,300 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 45.88 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company. The proxies are valid for the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 20 May 2021.
