Chairman of the Board, Charlotte Brogren Karlberg has been given proxies without voting instructions for 14,419,350 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 16,16 % of the total shares and voting rights in the company.

The proxies are valid for the Annual General meeting to be held on 24 May 2017.
