The drop-down demerger approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Q-Free ASA on 17 August 2018, has been completed. At completion, the objective of the company as stated in the articles of association, was also amended.
Completion of the drop-down demerger included a demerger of assets, rights, obligations and employees of Q-Free ASA to Q-Free Norge AS, including a reduction and increase of the company’s share capital, as described in the demerger and merger plan approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting.
