We are seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking Vice President of Channel Sales to lead our distributor strategy and accelerate growth to contribute to our company’s strategic goals.  In this executive role, you will strengthen and optimize our channel network, champion innovation, and ensure our organization remains at the forefront of the ITS industry.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead, expand, and continuously enhance Q‑Free’s distributor network in alignment with strategic enterprise goals.
  • Set clear performance expectations, quarterly targets, and long‑term objectives for channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting and accountability structure that includes sales targets, pipeline metrics, and activity tracking.

Performance Optimization

  • Assess distributor performance, recommend strategic improvements, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Evaluate and evolve the channel network to meet changing market conditions and business requirements.
  • Strengthen collaboration among dealers and direct sales teams to ensure seamless cooperation and issue resolution.

Market & Product Alignment

  • Shape and guide strategy around products, processes, and channel enablement to maximize distributor success.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships across the ITS ecosystem.
  • Monitor market and technology trends to ensure Q‑Free and its distributors stay ahead of customer needs and expectations.
  • Promote professionalism, operational excellence, and on‑time delivery across the entire channel network.

Operational & Communication Excellence

  • Drive improvements in processes, communication, and channel engagement to ensure consistency, clarity, and high performance.
  • Champion organizational standards and support continuous innovation in how Q‑Free engages its partners and customers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5–10 years of managerial leadership, ideally within channel development or a similar strategic sales environment.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Intelligent Transportation Systems and the ability to align channel strategy with organizational goals.
  • Proven experience developing and communications technical proposals, solutions, and value propositions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities; thrives in dynamic settings with high accountability.
