The Annual General Meeting in Q-Free ASA was held on 28 May 2020 at the Company’s office in Henrik Ibsens gate 100, Oslo, Norway. All proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the proposals, cf. the notice that was published on 29 April 2020.
