The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA has on 1 April 2019 approved the Directors Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2018. The Consolidated Financial Statements are presented according to IFRS and will be presented for final approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held 28 May 2019.

The Group’s Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements include no material changes compared to the preliminary full year results presented 14 February 2019. The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will be no distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2018.

The Annual report including the Directors report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2018 will be published on the Company’s website 29 April 2019.
