We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Manager to accelerate remote sales of our innovative products and services. In this role, you’ll independently or collaboratively pursue and capture sales opportunities—all without the need for onsite support. Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the ATMS portfolio of O&M contracts. ensuring timely contract renewals
• Conduct outbound outreach to identify new opportunities for Q-Free solutions
• Qualify inbound and assigned leads by assessing fit, budget, timeline, and buying intent
• Deliver engaging remote sales presentations and demonstrations of Kinetic Mobility
• Manage pricing, create quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals remotely

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or a software-related sales role
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skill

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Understanding of sales methodologies
• Proficiency with PC and cloud-based business applications (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
