PennDOT Next Generation ATMS – Pennsylvania
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) sought a single statewide Next Generation Advanced Traffic Management System (NextGen ATMS) that would not only boost the efficiency of traffic incident management but also improve coordination between PennDOT Engineering Districts, PennDOT’s Central Office, adjacent states and other stakeholders while enhancing dissemination of traffic information to the traveling public.
Q-Free designed and implemented a centralized, web-based NextGen ATMS platform that is hosted and administered by PennDOT and accessible at all regional and district Traffic Management Centers.
