If you wish to cancel your Kinetic SaaS subscription, please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of your term. All customers will be granted a 45-day grace period post termination date to download their data from our system before it is deleted.

Users will have the access required to transfer of all data from the system to a location of their choosing.
