There are three key components to our data storage terms and policies:

• Storage – Q-Free’s standard SaaS offering will store data in a rolling fashion, with high-resolution data being stored for 60 days and aggregate data for 1 year.

• Data backup/retention – We adhere to a data retention policy in line with SOC 2 requirements, which means your data is safe, protected, and stored in accordance with the Q-Free data retention policy.

• Ownership – You own all your data. While the software is owned and operated by Q-Free, you maintain all rights to your data.
