Is support included with my subscription?
Yes! One of the great things about Kinetic SaaS is that all operations and maintenance is included. All users get access to the following:
- Support site – technical documentation, how to guides, and more
- Phone support – dedicated help line staffed M-F, 8am – 8pm Eastern
- Product training – virtual trainings offered 3-4 times per year
- Ticketing system – easily submit and track feature, support, and bug requests
Enhanced support packages are available if dedicated or 24/7 support is desired.
