WVDOH TMC and Statewide ATMS – West Virginia
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, (WVDOH) put in place an initiative an initiative to create a first- class statewide Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic management program.
WVDOH sought a system integrator to provide design/build service for a fully operational Transportation Management Center (TMC) within the WVDOH Central Headquarters, with a back- up TMC and Training Center located at Marshall University’s Rahall Transportation Institute in Huntington.
