Q-Free is a provider of On-Board Unit (OBU) technology for France’s TIS national Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) project.

Q-Free is one of the major suppliers of tolling OBUs in France, with more than one and a half a million in use. In addition, a series of major orders for roadside equipment and a portfolio which includes systems for parking management have enabled Q-Free to expand its activities and become one of the main providers of technology for ETC in France.
