Q-Free America is looking for an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Finance, Traffic Management to join our management team. The EVP would direct and oversee the financial activities of the global Traffic Management division.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Contract reviews and contract management in collaboration with Group legal officer
• Manage vendor and distributor relationships.
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
• Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
• Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
• Works with the other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
• Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share
• Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
• Work with senior managers to develop budget proposals efficiently, provide project finance information access, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting.

Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, state attorneys general)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
• Eight to ten years of experience in financial management and senior leadership or relevant role required.
• International finance experience.
• Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and taxes
• Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., Dynamics)
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills.
