Q-Free has been selected to assist a tolling operator in Florida to improve license plate video toll collection reading accuracy and reduce video toll collection costs. Under the 3-year contract, Q-Free will provide its state-of-the-art Intrada image processing system. The contract has a value of approximately 25 MNOK.

Q-Free’s Intrada© Insight Server (ISS) employs advanced image-based transaction and automation processing technology to achieve a high level of process automation and an industry leading 99.95% transaction accuracy.  The system uses an interactive learning tiered approach rather than the single review process typically found in other image review solutions used throughout North America. The system also uses advanced vehicle Fingerprinting and Grouping analytical techniques to achieve unprecedented accuracy. As a result, customers can achieve significant savings in operational expenses and optimized video pay-per-use toll revenues.
