The drop-down demerger approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Q-Free ASA on 17 August 2018, has been completed. At completion, the objective of the company as stated in the articles of association, was also amended.

Completion of the drop-down demerger included a demerger of assets, rights, obligations and employees of Q-Free ASA to Q-Free Norge AS, including a reduction and increase of the company’s share capital, as described in the demerger and merger plan approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting. Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 30 June 2018 and 17 August 2018 for further details.
