Q-FREE – ANNUAL RESULT 2012
The Group’s Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements include no changes compared to the preliminary results for 2012, presented in the fourth quarter report. The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will be no distribution of dividends for the accounting year of 2012.
The Annual report including the approved accounts will be published on the Company’s website q-free.com together with the notice for the Annual General Meeting.
