Q-FREE - APPOINTMENT OF VICE PRESIDENT M&A

 

 

Henrik F. Stoltenberg (1960) is appointed Vice President M&A of Q-Free

ASA, and will become a member of the executive management team.

 

Stoltenberg comes from the position as Group Executive Vice President,

responsible for the daily operation of JAI Group(Denmark), and with

focus on implementing the corporate strategy. He has been Chief

Financial Officer and member of the management team in JAI since 2006.

 JAI offers digital camera technology for various applications as well as

for vehicle recognition (ANPR). Stoltenberg enters the position in

December 2009 and holds 150,000 share options in Q-Free ASA.
