OBU CONTRACT IN BRASIL - 26 MNOK

Q-Free has been awarded an order for On Board Units (OBUs) from Centro Gestao Meios de Pagto (CGMP) in Brazil valued at 26 MNOK.
This order is the last call off from the earlier announced tag frame agreement of 100 MNOK. (22nd of June 2009)

CGMP is the largest concessionaire in Brazil and has been an established customer of Q-Free since 1999 supplying both OBUs and roadside
equipment.

- Over the years we have delivered approx. 2.2 mill tags to CGMP, and we expect this market to be important also in the coming years, CEO in
Q-Free Dr. Øyvind Isaksen comments. The order will be produced and delivered within June 2010.
